Enableship Program

Adamjee Life offers Summer Internship by the name of Enableship Program, to help cultivate young talent and boost AL's presence in the industry. Enableship accumulates the feel of a traditional internship with additional skill development and understanding that will help mold these young talents into future industry leaders.

The program is designed in such a way that it allows the interns to receive maximum knowledge about life insurance business. Interns’ participation in different projects enables them to develop business acumen. To plan and execute projects effectively, they are assigned 3 mentors from the different departments to help these young talents learn and feel a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment at the end of the program. Moreover, the interns form a bond with each other, to help, grow and shine as team and as individuals. By the end of this program these young minds can develop analytical competencies and interpersonal skills.

Careers Fairs

Adamjee Life participates in the annual career fairs hosted by several reputable academic institutions, namely, SZABIST (Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science & Technology), IBA (Institute of Business Administration), IoBM (Institute of Business Management), Iqra University and LUMS (Lahore University of Management Sciences).

The job fairs provide a great opportunity for Adamjee Life to meet fellow company representatives, a chance for networking with fellow professionals and to connect with fresh, energetic talent and position themselves as preferred employers. The events give students an insight into the countless career growth opportunities provided by the Company and its work culture. It also gives students an opportunity to have their CVs screened, receive career advice and be recruited for possible trainee programs/internships, projects etc.

Whistleblowing Policy

A confidential procedure for employees to report unprofessional, illegal or unethical activities that don't align with Adamjee Life's value system.

In order to meet regulatory requirements of SECP to maintain confidentiality of information shared and anonymity of whistle blower, separate email addresses are created-independent of the Company’s domain.

  • Whistles may be blown at [email protected] which will be reviewed by HoHR.
  • For concerns related to the HoHR and CEO, whistles shall be blown directly to Chairman of HR Committee Board of Directors at [email protected]
