Adamjee Life believes in different and creative approaches of learning and covering a range of topics in order to promote a learning environment. In the month of Ramzan, the Company initiated an “Experiential Learning Series” that focused to develop a care and customer-centric culture. Each week covered a different topic, namely The Art of Empathic Listening, Giving & Receiving Feedback, Supervisory Skills and Customer Service.
