      We are here for you! Adamjee life offers its condolences and therefore offers an easy process to file a claim. In the event of a claim, please contact Adamjee Life Assurance Co. Ltd to obtain a claim form, or please fill out the claim details on the provided claims portal on the website.

      Please do look up all of the required documents for either Death or Disability, to be shared in physical with the Claim Intimation form or to be attached as scan copies while filling the claim through the provided online Claims portal.

      The claim proceeds will be paid to the intended beneficiary as per the original policy documents. You can know the status of your claim or clarify any of your queries by contact us on 021-111-115-433 or email us at

    • How to file a claim

      Step 01
      On death or disability of the life insured, the claimant sends the Claim Intimation Form to the claims department.

      Step 02
      On receiving the intimation, the claims department would send the claim forms

      Step 03
      The Claimant is required to send duly filled claim forms to claim department, along with the required documents as mentioned below as per the type of claim.

    • For Death Claims:

      Claim Forms (Death Claim Form - Physician Statement)
      Copy Of CNIC
      Death certificates (NADRA / Union Council Death Certificate)
      Original Policy Document (For Individual Life Policies)
      Copy Of Salary Slip (Only for Group Life)
      Hospital Death Certificate (if applicable)
      Police Report, Post Mortem Report, and Newspaper cutting (In case of accidental death).

    • For Disability Claims:
      • Disability Claim Forms
      • X-rays and medical investigation reports etc., if any.

      Note: The claim department reserves the right to call for further requirements if deemed necessary.
      Normally when all the requirements have been submitted, it takes 5-7 working days for the decision of the claim. In case where verification is needed this time could be extended. However, in such cases the claimant is notified about it.
