National Forum for Environment & Health (commonly known as NFEH) is a purely Non-Governmental, Non-Profit and Voluntary Organization registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies Ordinance 1961, with an aim to facilitate, promote and help create environmental, healthcare and educational awareness among masses in general, among youths and children in particular.
NFEH was established on June 05, 1999 (on the eve of World Environment Day) by a group of like-minded and committed professionals, environmentalists, academicians, industrialists, youth and community workers. They are committed to volunteer their efforts and invaluable time to maximize possible resources for conserving natural environment and reducing hazards being emerged due to Climate Change.
NFEH is affiliated with the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP) and it activities are being supported by the Ministry of Climate Change, Government of Pakistan. Ministry of Environment, Climate Change & Coastal Development – Govt of Sindh, EPA Sindh, and Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI).
This year in the 14th International NFEH CSR Award Ceremony Adamjee Life won the best CSR Projects category award and Deputy Managing Director Mr. Jalal Meghani received the award from the State Minister for Information & Broadcasting Mr. Farrukh Habib.
Adamjee Life, one of Pakistan’s most recognized life insurance companies, received the coveted “Icon Award” for “Excellence in Customer Service” at the Consumers Association of Pakistan’s 15th Consumers Choice Awards 2021 in Karachi. Mr. Syed Amin ul Haque Fedral, Minister of Information Technology and Telecommunications, presented the award to Mr. Ali Haider, Director Business Distribution at Adamjee Life.
