To oversee end to end claims processing cycle. This involves summarizing claim histories, obtaining approvals, and preparing comprehensive reports throughout the year. The ideal candidate will be responsible to liaise with the legal department to discuss court cases and provide reasoned decisions, while also coordinating with the multiple departments & stakeholders.
