Job Description

• Managing LAN and Wan comprising more than 250 Users (Thinclient, CPUs and LAPTOPs) in Head Office, all branches in Pakistan having environment Windows 10 pro, Windows 8, Windows 7.
• Configured systems for New Hiring like Thinclient, Desktop, Laptops for all user of head office and all branches with the all software and necessary applications with check list which made by ISD Manager.
• Troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Hardware and Software system’s issues (by remotely or by visiting User) in office and Branches.
• Share all network devices with LAN and WAN.
• Implementing Systems Policies (Restricted Policies) and maintaining them for clients by Domain Controller and individual system also.
• Making User profiles, & Documenting Inventory of IT assets assigned to User.
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
• Install & configure linux/ Ubuntu OS in Laptops and dispatching to all agency users based in country wide branches.
• Maintain dashboard of every department & GM room.
• Install Macbook ios & software on GM’s laptop.
• Daily, weekly, monthly servers & data base backup on daily bases & shifting tapes from on-site to off-site.
• Co-ordination with laptop repairing & ricoh vendors.
