Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and generate business reports for all channels
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports to facilitate informed decision-making by stakeholders.
  • Analyze channel performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Maintain accurate records of business reports and cancellation processes for reference and audit purposes.
  • Ensure that all documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of proposal-level cancellations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with various departments, particularly finance, to facilitate fund refunds for canceled proposals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to expedite the cancellation process and address any queries or concerns.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with multiple stakeholders.
