  • Payroll processing & disbursement of permanent & various contractual staff
  • Attendance and Leave Management
  • Payment processing (Leave Encashment, Loan, Final Settlement, EOBI and SESSI/ PESSI)
  • Documentation Management (Payroll, Personal Filing, BPVs, etc.).
  • Internal employees, stakeholders & external vendors facilitation
  • Any other related task assign by the line manager.
Competencies Excellent at Ms. Excel, Payroll Processing, Preferred Knowledge of Taxation, EOBI & SESSI/ PESSI, Communication Skills, Team Player
Qualification Required B. Com/ BBA or MBA – Human Resources
