Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Medical Underwriter to assess medical risks and make sound underwriting decisions for individual life proposals. The role involves reviewing medical reports, tests, and investigations while ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and Authority Matrix. The incumbent will coordinate with branches, Direct Distribution, Compliance, medical bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely case decisions
Competencies Strong analytical, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive with strong initiative, Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Qualification Required The candidate should be a graduate with an MBBS degree from a recognized medical school/university.
