Job Description

To support, maintain, and develop core Insurance, Takaful, and Business Intelligence (BI) systems. Including designing systems, programming front-end applications, and creating custom business forms and reports based on user requirements. Evaluate business requirements for IT development, systematically registering, analyzing, and processing development requests within CoreApp, Takaful, and Jasper environments to provide efficient service delivery. Ensuring the smooth, day-to-day operation of Core systems, designing robust ETL processes using PL/SQL procedures, and managing data imports and exports. The role demands maintaining consistent coding standards, ensuring module documentation availability, and promptly submitting developed model documentation to relevant departments.
