| Key Responsibilities |
To support, maintain, and develop core Insurance, Takaful, Business Intelligence (BI), and IFRS systems. Duties include designing systems, programming applications, developing front-end solutions, and creating custom business forms and reports based on user requirements. The candidate will evaluate business requirements for IT development, recommending courses of action on complex cases, and systematically processing development requests within CoreApp, Takaful, BI, and IFRS systems. Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth daily running and support of core systems, maintaining consistent coding standards, and ensuring module documentation availability. The role requires promptly preparing and submitting technical documentation (SRS, DFD, ERD) to relevant departments, managing group dynamics across teams, and supporting personal relationships to help the team work effectively. |
| Competencies |
Proficient in BI modeling, Cognos, QlikSense, data warehousing, Oracle tools, PL/SQL, APEX, Jasper, Crystal Reports, and C# web development. Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, OOP, HTML/CSS, Agile/MS Project, ERD tools, and data import/export utilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Insurance or Takaful experience is preferred. |
