Experience Required Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in insurance or financial industry
Key Responsibilities

•       Lead the implementation, and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and Operational Resilience Program.

•       Support the Head of Risk Management in further strengthening the organization's risk governance and resilience framework.

•       Work closely with Risk Champions to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks.

•       Ensure risks are managed within the organization's approved risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

•       Drive operational resilience initiatives to strengthen the organization's preparedness and response to business disruptions.

•       Facilitate risk assessments, control evaluations, and resilience testing across business functions.

•       Monitor emerging risks and recommend appropriate mitigation plans.

•       Prepare risk reports and provide insights to senior management on key risk exposures.
Competencies Deep understanding of risk frameworks and regulatory standards, Excellent communication & stakeholder management, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to manage teams and foster risk culture, Proficiency in risk management process and tools, Capacity to adapt to industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualification Required Master’s Degree (Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, CICA, or CISA are desirable)
