Key Responsibilities
  • Management of the procurement-related requirements of various departmental needs such as; leading efforts to implement sourcing strategies and enforcing compliance at a nationwide level.
  • Lead and manage company-wide implementation, deployment and compliance to the procurement processes.
  • Effectively engage and align all departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and ensure procurement value delivery is understood and recognized.
  • Ensure each purchase is made within its respective budget.
  • Prepare trend analysis report to ensure best prices are met for the benefit of the company.
  • Ensure all payments are forwarded to the concerned department timely to maintain a cordial relationship with all vendors.
  • Meet with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing and communicate any product or service-related concerns for beneficial relationships.
  • Insure company assets at the time of delivery for safe-guarding by corresponding frequently with requesting departments and vendors.
  • Follow up frequently with the Insurance Company for regular policy payments and additions of assets.
